As the colour and style options are so diverse, we will be in touch with you to discuss your design, issue a quotation, and make sure you are happy with any specifications before your order is processed.

Alternatively, if you wish to order something from the Pret a Porter range, we have a shopping cart facility, which allows you to place an order immediately for an item that is in stock, and pay by Paypal only. How can I pay?
We can accept payment by Paypal or by cheque (NOTE - for Pret a Porter orders placed through the shopping cart, we can only accept Paypal payments. If you wish to order something from the Pret a Porter range but wish to pay by cheque, please email us (info@diamondstarhalo.co.uk) with the details of what you wish to order, and the item will be reserved for you).
Cheques should be made payable to Elizabeth Wootton, and sent to Diamond Star Halo, Eden Valley Cottage, Unthank, Freuchie, Fife KY15 7HS
Full payment must be received before work can begin or goods can be despatched.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery time on made-to-order goods varies, depending on what has been ordered. We normally aim to complete orders in 2-4 weeks, however it is sometimes possible to complete urgent orders more quickly. If you have an urgent requirement, please ask. When you enquire about placing an order, we will give you an estimate of delivery time, and if there are any changes to it, we will keep you informed.
If you place an order for a Pret a Porter item, we aim to despatch these within 4 working days of receiving your payment. Again, if you require an item very urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What about returns?
We are unable to accept returns on made-to-order goods, unless they are faulty. For this reason, we will contact you to check your order specifications, and you will be asked to confirm the specification before any work begins.
Please notify us of any faults with your order as soon as possible, and we will do our best to rectify them.
How will my order be shipped?
UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail. If your order is specially urgent, please let us know, and we can arrange to ship Special Delivery for guaranteed delivery by 1pm.
We will quote for Postage and Packing when we quote for the item you require.
We can also ship internationally. Prices vary according to your location. Please ask for information.
